Job summary

Rock Spring Contracting, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead large commercial drywall projects in Marietta, GA. You will supervise on site, read plans, coordinate with the Superintendent and Project Manager, and ensure work progresses safely, on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, plan reading skills, and the ability to manage crews and communicate effectively with GC teams. OSHA 30 certification is preferred and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret plans and specifications
• Schedule manpower based on budget and schedule needs
• Develop relationships with GC on-site and attend meetings
• Lead on the job and enforce quality control
• Assist PM in pricing RFIs and field changes
• Maintain OSHA 30 certification and enforce safety on site
• Manage material on-site and minimize waste

Responsibilities

• Read plans and perform layout for all types of jobs
• Determine and communicate manpower to keep job on schedule
• Communicate with GC project superintendents and management
• Be the on-site leader and ensure timely completion of punch lists
• Assist PM and Superintendent with RFIs and field changes
• Promote safety and conduct toolbox talks
• Ensure materials are on-site and deliveries planned
