Job summary

Rock Spring Contracting, LLC is seeking a Drywall Foreman to oversee large commercial drywall projects in Mount Pleasant, SC. The role partners with the Superintendent and Project Manager to keep jobs on schedule, on budget, and safe, while supervising on-site crews and coordinating with GC teams.

The candidate will read and implement plans, manage manpower, and ensure quality control. OSHA 30 certification and strong English/Spanish communication are preferred for this hands-on leadership

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading plans and interpreting specifications.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
• Strong blueprint interpretation and site layout ability.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans and specifications; perform layout for all jobs.
• Determine and verify manpower based on budget and schedule; communicate needs.
• Lead on-site supervision and coordinate with GC project team; attend meetings; report progress.
• Maintain safety practices; enforce safety with the team; attain OSHA 30 certification.
