Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Foreman to lead on-site field operations, preplan work, and coordinate with general contractors. You will manage workforce and subcontractors, ensure safety, and monitor progress across multiple projects.

A minimum of five years’ drywall experience is required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. You will report to the General Superintendent and contribute to maintaining high quality and timely project delivery in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of commercial drywall experience.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication with general contractors and customers.
• Detail-oriented with ability to plan and track field operations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preplan, organize, track and audit day-to-day field operations on-site.
• Manage workforce and subcontractors; monitor performance.
• Ensure accurate time sheets and material usage reporting.
• Communicate execution plans to workforce and supervisors.
• Maintain safety, quality, and customer service standards.
