Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Certification is required.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce on-site safety.
• Read and interpret building plans and specifications.
• Mentor and develop field personnel including foremen/tailors.
• Ability to estimate quantity of materials and manage manpower to meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple jobs and coordinate with GC Superintendents and PMs.
• Identify and develop talent within the workforce and train foremen.
• Determine manpower and schedule based on budget and schedule needs.
• Ensure material is on-site and perform field take-offs as needed.
• Enforce quality control and maintain job site cleanliness and organization.
