Job summary

Rock Spring Contracting, LLC is seeking a Drywall Foreman to supervise commercial drywall projects on-site. You will coordinate with the Superintendent and Project Manager, read plans, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and on budget.

You will lead crews, manage manpower, communicate with GCs, and assist with RFIs and field changes while maintaining quality control and site organization.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English; able to write and communicate effectively.
• Reading blueprints and specifications; understanding plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Read plans and perform layout for all types of jobs.
• Schedule and verify manpower based on budget and schedule needs.
• Communicate with GC Superintendents and Management; attend meetings as scheduled.
• Lead on the job; enforce quality control and safety requirements.
• Assist PM and Superintendent in pricing RFIs and field changes.
• Maintain safety culture and OSHA 30 certification; enforce safety with team.
• Ensure materials are on-site to meet production and limit waste.
