Job summary

Tower Semiconductor Ltd. in Texas seeks a senior Process Engineering Leader to mentor and develop a team of engineers and technicians in the dry etch area, while sustaining operations and driving process and equipment improvements.

You will own capacity expansion, process development, technology transfers, quality enhancements, and cost-reduction initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to deliver on-time, high-quality wafers.

Qualifications

• PhD or MS in chemistry, chemical engineering, or materials science.
• 5+ years in a semiconductor fab with dry etch experience and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of dry etch principles, CMOS and RF wafer processing.
• Experience with data analysis, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, mentor, and develop a team within the dry etch area.
