Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Equipment Owner role with Dry Etch equipment.
• BS or MS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Equivalent military experience or AAS with 5+ years.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Interest in AI workflows and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Install and qualify dry-etch equipment in new cleanroom.
• Analyze performance; perform maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with process engineers to resolve issues.
• Complete projects to close hardware gaps.
• Maintain vendor relations and drive KPIs.
• Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies.
