Job summary

The Drop Installer III at Bristol Alliance of Companies is a senior field technician responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of aerial and underground drop connections from the network to customer premises, mentoring junior installers and prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1.5–2 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain aerial and underground drop cables for residential/commercial customers.
• Perform splicing, grounding, bonding, and signal testing on coaxial and fiber lines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service issues with minimal supervision.
• Interpret blueprints, technical specs, and work orders.
• Ensure installations comply with industry standards, codes and safety regulations.
