Responsibilities

• Provides onsite drilling oversight on exploratory and development wells.
• Oversees safety and environmental aspects of operations.
• Ensures strict compliance with local regulations.
• Develops plans for drilling program implementation to optimize operations.
• Responds to rig and personnel incidents and controls situations.
• Tracks and controls costs.
• Maintains records and reports of operations.
• Maintains office–rig communication.
• Coordinates service company activities.
• Provides office-based operational support.
• Reviews and optimizes drilling programs and procedures.
• Assists in preparing drilling documentation/manuals.
• Participates in emergency preparedness and permitting activities.
