Job summary

Nordic Calista seeks experienced Drillers for the Winter Exploration season across Alaska. You will supervise rig crews, uphold safety standards, and efficiently operate rigs in extreme arctic conditions. Candidates should have strong leadership and significant rig experience.

Requirements include a high school diploma, IADC Well Control Certification, NSTC/North Slope access, and ability to pass drug and fitness tests. Seasonal, full-time work December to April with potential for promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of rig experience with 2+ years as derrickman or motorman on Arctic drilling rigs.
• Strong leadership and supervision abilities required for fast-paced environments.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and meet physical requirements.
• Safety-focused mindset with readiness for extreme Arctic conditions.

Responsibilities
