Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Drilling Supervisor/Superintendent III to lead on the North Slope, AK, for an initial 12-month assignment in a 21/21 rotation. This senior role focuses on onsite drilling oversight, coordinating service company activity, cost control and operational reporting.

The successful candidate will contribute to drilling programmes and procedures, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and support emergency preparedness across rig and office interfaces.

Airswift is looking for a Drilling Supervisor/Superintendent III to work for a major O&G company in the North Slope, AK, for an initial 12-months assignment in a 21/21 rotation. This opportunity offers a senior-level position supporting exploratory and development well operations in a drilling environment with strong emphasis on safety, environmental performance and operational delivery. The role is focused on onsite drilling oversight, coordination of service company activity, cost control and operational reporting, while also contributing to drilling programmes, procedures and emergency preparedness. This position will suit candidates with deep drilling operations expertise who can manage complex situations and support efficient execution across rig and office interfaces.

Required Experience
