Job summary

RigUp is seeking a highly experienced Senior Drilling Consultant / Drilling Supervisor to provide onsite drilling oversight for exploratory and development wells. Qualifications

• Extensive onshore drilling experience for exploratory and development wells.
• Strong knowledge of drilling engineering, well control, and rig operations.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary field operations and coordinate service companies.
• Understanding of drilling cost control, budgeting, and efficiency metrics.
• Experience ensuring regulatory compliance and safety performance in drilling environments.
• Ability to develop and optimize drilling programs and execution strategies.
• Strong decision-making under pressure; excellent communication between field and office.
• Experience leading personnel and contractors onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite drilling oversight for exploratory and development wells.
• Ensure safe execution of drilling operations with a strong focus on personnel safety and environmental protection.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop and execute drilling plans to optimize operational efficiency and well delivery performance.
