Job summary

Falcon Drilling Company is hiring for a Tour Pusher to oversee the night drilling operations in Washington. You will work closely with the Driller to ensure safe, efficient rig performance, and help the Rig Manager stay compliant with rig reports and paperwork.

Responsibilities include supervising the night crew, conducting inspections, coaching personnel, and maintaining HSE program compliance. This full-time role requires relevant certifications and a strong safety record.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and meet the requirements of the Falcon Drilling Motor Vehicle Policy.
• High school education or equivalent, or as deemed sufficient by Management.
• 3-5 years previous drilling rig experience with at least 6 months experience as an Assistant Driller or equivalent experience deemed sufficient by management.
• Supervisory certification in Well Control/IADC certificate
• Well Control ADC certificate.
• BOP Certified
• First Aid and CPR certified

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute drilling operations in accordance with company, operator, policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, tools, operations, performance, and lead and support the night shift crew.
• Responsible for limited aspects of the employment life cycle including but not limited to employee development, employee coaching, and delivery of corrective actions.
• Assist the Rig Manager to ensure that equipment inspections and HSE programs are up to date and compliant as per company standard.
• Assist the Rig Manager in completing maintenance tasking, maintenance trackers, work orders, and equipment PM’s and services.
• Ensure rig crews are active in HSE programs including but not limited to hazard identification program, emergency response drills, and safety inspections.
• Communicate with clients as needed while always keeping a professional working relationship.
