Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in drilling operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record in managing onshore drilling projects.
• In-depth knowledge of drilling equipment, techniques, and well control procedures.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work a demanding schedule, including rotational shifts.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with remote monitoring and reporting systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily drilling operations, ensuring adherence to drilling programs and safety standards.
• Coordinate with directional drilling service providers and manage their performance.
• Monitor drilling parameters, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of drilling activities, including daily drilling reports and incident investigations.
• Manage equipment, materials, and personnel on the drilling rig to optimize efficiency and safety.
