Job summary

MOR PPM, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support diverse customers and multiple locations. You will lead project teams, ensure safety compliance, and manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

The role requires 10–15 years of experience in relevant industries, strong communication, and the ability to travel ~50% of the time. You will coordinate with site managers and support teams to deliver projects up to $1M.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in pulp and paper processing, power, industrial, and/or manufacturing markets managing projects up to $1M.
• 10-15 years of client relationship and business development experience, including bids.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Familiar with OSHA safety regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 and cloud-based tools.
• Strong leadership and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the execution of the PPM safety program and the performance of work by staff and vendors.
• Works with customers, PMs and support teams to manage projects and site managers.
• Manages cost aspects including estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and billing.
• Uses project scheduling, bids, change orders, and contracts to process scope changes.
• Develops relationships to identify opportunities.
• Prepares drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs and ensures compliance with codes and practices.
• Ensures equipment and personnel comply with PPM policy and regulations.
• Supports and communicates all compliance programs and ensures teams adhere.
• Provides regular updates of project statuses to executive leadership.
• Travels to jobsites regularly to oversee projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
