Job summary

Egis in the U.S. is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Drainage to lead complex transportation drainage projects at our Tewksbury, MA office. You will oversee proposals, PS&E deliverables, budgets, and client relationships while guiding junior staff.

The role requires a MA PE license and 12+ years in drainage, with advanced modeling tools and OpenRoads/GEOPAK experience. Hybrid work options and strong growth potential are offered.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts PE license and civil/environmental engineering degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile transportation drainage projects from proposals to final reports.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time delivery and client relationships.
• Advise clients (MassDOT, RI DOT, municipalities) with innovative drainage solutions.
• Coordinate with prime/subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams for cohesive delivery.
• Support business development through proposals and contract negotiations.
• Mentor and inspire project teams.
