Job summary

Egis BLN USA Inc. (Egis U.S.) in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Civil Engineering student/early career professional to join our growing North American team.

You will support plans production and design tasks on transportation projects, and contribute to 3D modeling from concept to final design. Qualified candidates will have a BS in Civil Engineering by spring 2027, pursuing EIT or plans to obtain, with experience in OpenRoads Designer or traffic design a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering by spring of 2027.
• EIT or plans to obtain prior to graduation.
• Experience with OpenRoads Designer or traffic design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plans production and design tasks under the direction of an engineer for transportation projects.
• 3D modeling from preliminary to final design.
• Assist in the development of specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with project staff, other disciplines and sub-consultants, departments, and reviewers to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Deliver project tasks on time and on budget.
• Learn and utilize typical design software packages.
