Egis seeks a Senior Project Manager – Drainage for our Tewksbury, Massachusetts office. You will lead transportation drainage projects, oversee proposals, PS&E work, budgets, and schedules, and coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

The role requires a MA PE license and 12+ years of experience in drainage projects, with ORD/PS&E experience and strong leadership skills to mentor staff and grow our drainage practice.

Qualifications

• Requires Massachusetts Professional Engineer license and a degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Over 12 years delivering transportation drainage projects; 3+ years in PM or team leadership.
• Proficient with hydrologic/hydraulic modeling tools and PS&E deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation drainage projects from proposals to PS&E packages and final reports.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Advise clients such as MassDOT, RI DOT, and municipal entities with innovative drainage solutions.
• Collaborate with contractors and multidisciplinary teams for cohesive delivery.
• Support business development through proposals and contract negotiations.
• Mentor and inspire project teams.
