Job summary

Egis is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Stormwater Drainage in Texas to lead transportation drainage projects from concept through completion. The role combines technical leadership with client relationship management and business development.

You will guide PS&E deliverables, budgets, and schedules while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant, high-quality drainage solutions for public and private clients across Texas.

Qualifications

• Texas PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Bachelor's or Master's in civil/environmental engineering.
• 15+ years delivering transportation drainage projects with PS&E deliverables.
• Proficiency with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling tools and PS&E using MicroStation GEOPAK or ORD.
• TxDOT pre-certifications in 10.1.1 and 10.2.1.
• Experience with FEMA crossing analysis and drainage impact studies.
• Experience with ORD Drainage/DU, HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile drainage projects from proposals to final reports.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients across TxDOT, RMAs, and counties.
• Coordinate with prime contractors and multidisciplinary teams for cohesive delivery.
• Support business development with proposals, contract negotiations, and growth opportunities.
