Job summary

Egis is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Drainage in our Tewksbury, MA office. You’ll lead high-profile drainage projects, oversee PS&E work, and guide teams to deliver compliant, high-quality results for public and private clients.

Bring 12+ years of drainage project experience, a Massachusetts PE license, and strong skills with hydrologic/hydraulic models and ORD/GEOPAK. This role emphasizes client relationships, budgets, and schedule management.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts PE license is required.
• Bachelor's or master's in civil/environmental engineering.
• 12+ years delivering transportation drainage projects.
• 3+ years in project management or lead roles.
• Proficiency with hydrologic/hydraulic models and PS&E.
• Experience with MicroStation GEOPAK/ORD and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation drainage projects from proposals to final reports.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance to MassDOT, RI DOT, and municipalities.
• Coordinate with contractors and multidisciplinary teams for delivery.
• Support business development with proposals and contract negotiations.
