Job summary

Egis is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Stormwater Drainage for Texas offices (Austin, Round Rock, San Antonio or Houston). You will lead transportation drainage projects from concept through completion, coordinating with clients and project teams to deliver innovative drainage solutions.

Ideal candidates have extensive drainage project experience, a Texas PE license, and strong leadership for multi-disciplinary teams while growing Egis' Texas practice and client base.

Qualifications

• Texas PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in civil or environmental engineering
• 15+ years delivering transportation drainage projects
• 3+ years in project management or task leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile transportation drainage projects from proposals to final reports.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources while maintaining client relationships.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients such as TxDOT and counties, recommending innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with prime contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams for cohesive delivery.
• Support client engagement through winning proposals and contract negotiations.
