Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–4 years of biopharma industry experience, or a Master's in a related field.
• Strong understanding of downstream processing, experimental design, data analysis, and bioprocess development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and technical lead for downstream purification of mAbs, recombinant proteins, and biologics.
• Lead chromatography screening, process optimization, and scale-up to support programs from development to manufacturing.
• Perform in-process and analytical testing (e.g., protein concentration, HPLC assays).
• Execute downstream unit operations using chromatography and filtration systems.
• Support process scale-up and technology transfer for pilot and GMP manufacturing.
• Compile data, write technical reports and client-facing documentation.
• Lead troubleshooting and continuous improvement to enhance process performance.
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to evaluating new technologies.
