Job summary

BioTalent is seeking a Research Associate or Lead Research Associate to advance downstream process development for biologics. The role focuses on purification of monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins and requires hands-on chromatography, filtration, and analytical technique experience.

Ideal candidates will drive process optimization, support tech transfer, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Downstream process development background in biopharmaceuticals.
• Experience with monoclonal antibodies or recombinant proteins.
• Biopharmaceutical or CDMO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead downstream process development and optimization projects.
• Purify proteins using chromatography and filtration techniques.
• Operate ÄKTA/FPLC systems and perform analytical assays.
• Design experiments, analyze data, and report findings.
• Support scale-up and technology transfer to manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.
