Job summary

Trust for Public Land is seeking a Donor Relations, Senior Coordinator to join the Philanthropy Programs/Donor Relations and Stewardship team. You will craft customized donor acknowledgements, communicate with the President/CEO, and help steward lifelong relationships with generous supporters.

The role emphasizes writing, editing, and coordination across field offices, with a strong focus on accuracy, timely delivery, and mission-aligned content.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• College or Associates degree preferred; 2–5 years administrative support experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications (Excel and Word); experience with InDesign is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Craft customized donor acknowledgement letters for VIP donors, and coordinate with senior leadership.
• Oversee stewardship communications and draft impact reports and narratives.
• Support donor services by answering inquiries and maintaining donor data integrity.
