Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social science, communication, or related field (required).
• At least five years of related nonprofit experience (required).
• Experience managing scholarship funds or employee giving programs (required).
• Experience in donor relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead for stewardship, public information, and committee relations for Sun Health Foundation scholarship programs.
• Manage donor relationships and ensure gifts align with donor intent while maximizing student impact.
• Coordinate thank-you videos and notes; organize scholarship events to recognize recipients and engage donors.
• Contribute to donor reporting and storytelling to illustrate donor impact.
• Develop and execute donor stewardship strategies across initiatives and programs.
• Support employee engagement initiatives through communications and events.
• Collaborate with leadership to recognize major gifts and maintain new donor welcome programs.
