Job summary

Trust for Public Land is seeking a Donor Relations, Senior Coordinator to manage custom acknowledgements for major donors and to support stewardship communications nationwide. You will prepare leader-level letters, coordinate with the President/CEO, and ensure materials reflect the organization’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Pre-hire proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office (Excel/Word).
• Experience in nonprofit fundraising or membership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Craft highly customized donor acknowledgement letters for VIP donors and leadership.
• Collaborate with field offices to produce donor-centric stewardship reports.
• Draft, edit, and shepherd content through approval processes.
