Job summary

Trust for Public Land seeks a Donor Relations, Senior Coordinator to acknowledge and steward our top donors. You will write custom letters from the President and CEO and craft stewardship communications across multiple offices, coordinating with staff nation-wide.

Ideal candidates are organized, adaptable, and skilled in MS Office and CRM tools, with nonprofit fundraising experience preferred. Hybrid work options are available along with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Passion for TPL’s mission and social/environmental justice.
• Close to a TPL office location.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Team player with cross-organizational collaboration.
• Detail oriented, with strong recordkeeping and deadlines.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in nonprofit fundraising or membership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Craft highly customized donor acknowledgement letters for VIP donors and board members.
• Coordinate with senior leadership, including the President and CEO.
• Ensure materials are accurate and reflect TPL’s mission and values.
• Collaborate with field offices for donor-centric stewardship reports.
• Draft, edit, and shepherd content through approvals.
• Foster long-term relationships through strategic communications.
• Coordinate across departments to gather information for content.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
