Job summary

McBride is seeking a Test Manager to provide support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center. The role involves managing T&E activities for the AWACS program, ensuring operational requirements are met.

The position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering and experience with DoD processes. This is a full-time, on-site position at Hanscom AFB, MA, with benefits including health and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must have and maintain a Secret level Clearance.
• Experience developing and executing test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition and Test & Evaluation processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute T&E activities for FMS AWACS programs.
• Develop test concepts and methodologies for system verification and validation.
• Evaluate system performance and operational effectiveness.
• Prepare technical documentation including test plans and reports.
• Coordinate test activities among various stakeholders.
