Job summary

CTC Group is actively seeking System Engineers for SETA positions to analyze user requirements, CONOPS, and high-level architectures to develop system requirements specifications. You will manage requirements, support DoDAF architectures, and contribute to SE documentation such as SEP, ICd, and ICFs.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration in an integrated product team, risk assessment, and verification planning across DoD standards.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline with 5 years SE experience substitute option.
• Seven (7) years of SE experience for Level 1; Fourteen (14) years for Level 2; Twenty (20) years for Level 3.

Responsibilities

• Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure delivery of production systems aligned with DoDAF and SOA.
• Develop and contribute to System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements specifications, and Interface Control Documents.
• Assist with development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation to hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.
• Coordinate resolution of action items from reviews and cross-discipline coordination.
• Develop system design solutions satisfying requirements and supporting verification plans.
• Review program WBS, work packages, and the Integrated Master Plan (IMP).
• Capture interface designs in a common interface control format and store in a repository.
• Derive lower-level requirements from higher-level allocations ensuring traceability and verifiability.
• Plan verification of new designs early in the lifecycle to ensure compliance.
