Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required) is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management of USG, Aerospace, or DoD projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong data analysis skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and turning data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and execute program plans to meet defined objectives.
• Collaborate with U.S. Air Force and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with contractual requirements and operational needs.
• Serve as Control Account Manager (CAM) with baselines for budget, schedule, and technical scope.
• Develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and support proposal activities as required.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics; perform cost, schedule, and technical variance analyses.
• Provide timely and transparent communication of project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive timely execution and resource allocation.
• Participate in project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with company processes and industry standards.
