Job summary

The Boeing Company in Edwards AFB, CA is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to lead program planning and execution for USG/DoD programs. The role requires active security clearance and CAM responsibilities supporting contract requirements and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required.
• 3+ years of project management experience on USG/Aerospace/DoD programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and execute program plans to meet defined objectives.
• Collaborate with US Air Force and stakeholders to align plans with contractual and operational needs.
• Serve as CAM, maintaining baselines for budget, schedule, and technical scope.
• Develop BOEs and support proposal activities as needed.
• Track KPIs and perform cost, schedule, and technical variance analyses.
• Provide timely communication of project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for timely execution and resource allocation.
• Participate in project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with processes and standards.
