Job summary

Astrion is seeking a Senior Program Manager at Hanscom AFB, MA to lead and integrate DoD-wide program management efforts in the C3BM domain. The role requires Top Secret clearance and a strong background in acquisition, risk management, and audit readiness.

You will coordinate with government and contractor teams to ensure compliance with Air Force Instructions and DoD guidance, drive improvements, and brief senior leadership on progress and risks.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of DoD experience or 15 years of directly related experience with at least 8 years in DoD.
• Experience with DoD acquisition program management and compliance with FAR, DoDI 5000.02, AFI 63-101/20-101.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to brief senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and maintain COOP, USAP/MICT, RMIC programs per Air Force Instructions (AFIs).
• Provide support to audit programs and agencies (FIAR, AFAA, DCAA, DoDIG, GAO).
• Identify deficiencies, develop corrective action plans, and track progress to closure.
• Coordinate assessments of processes to improve controls and compliance.
