Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Support Integration Specialist to support operations at Edwards Air Force Base, California. Responsibilities include planning, data management, and risk assessments, with collaboration across suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required.
• 3+ years of experience supporting military aircraft or aircraft modifications.
• Effective communication, organizational and team oriented skills.
• Preferred: maintenance on aircraft such as B-1B and/or B-52.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with support program execution and maintenance data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan for support needs, costs, technical goals, work plans, reports, schedules, implementation plans, and integration plans.
• Monitor process development and coordinate work to keep technical data and procedures up to date.
• Create and lead presentations and status reviews, and track program execution.
• Help develop estimates for proposals and research and development work.
• Plan, organize, and support aircraft, aircraft component, and support equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure maintenance data for aircraft, components, and support equipment is documented and properly handled.
• Document nonconforming materials, hardware, software, tools, parts, and assemblies according to required procedures.
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Manage work packages and schedules to support efficient operations.
• Track training and provide aircraft and flight line safety training.
• Use company and customer systems, including Microsoft Office tools.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to explain operations, tests, or issues.
• Perform physically demanding tasks as required.
