Job summary

Applied Research Solutions (ARS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Scheduler supporting the NC3 Contract within the NC3 Weapon System Division. This on-site role helps deliver acquisition and program management capabilities for critical national security missions.

The position is full-time and located at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, Massachusetts. ARS requires a US citizen with a Top-Secret clearance and DoD scheduling experience, including Microsoft Project, to develop IMS,

Qualifications

• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
• Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top-Secret Clearance.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree in a related discipline.
• Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience, with at least five years supporting DoD programs and advanced understanding of scheduling tools including Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to support project planning and execution.
• Coordinate and communicate IMS activities across functional disciplines within the PMO and deliver scheduling products such as Gantt charts and network diagrams.
• Provide integrated schedule management support aligned with system acquisition processes and key schedule requirements.
• Assist in requirements development, planning efforts, and evaluating project feasibility to achieve objectives.
• Communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status updates to stakeholders.
