Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems, LLC seeks a seasoned Program Manager, SME to lead DoD mission-critical programs under the BMC3I Elite contract. You will provide strategic leadership, oversee execution, manage resources, and engage government stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of enterprise IT and service management capabilities.

Qualifications

• The candidate must hold an active TS/SCI security clearance with SAP eligibility.
• 15+ years of leadership of large, enterprise DoD/national security programs.
• Extensive defense acquisition experience across full program lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale system integrations and upgrades.
• Experience leading programs with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methods.
• Proven vendor/subcontractor management and contract execution.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost performance skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of BMC3I Elite support initiatives and program objectives.
• Maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and metrics.
• Ensure governance, cybersecurity, QA, and contract requirements are met.
• Interface with Government Contracting Officers, leadership, vendors, and end users.
• Translate requirements into executable program plans and deliverables.
• Oversee configuration, integration, sustainment, and optimization of services.
• Identify process improvements and digital transformation opportunities.
• Drive continuous process improvement and risk management throughout lifecycle.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams and foster high-performing collaboration.
• Prepare executive-level status reports and decision-support materials.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Promote stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
