Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of technical projects within the approved Acquisition Program Baseline (APB).
• Build and maintain a resource-loaded IMS in MS Project, integrating it with the program WBS and updating monthly.
• Evaluate program health metrics (Cost/Schedule variance) and report status during PMRs.
• Execute a risk management plan with documented mitigation strategies within five business days of identification.
• Develop and manage acquisition documentation: APBs, reports, milestones, SOWs/CDRLs, source selection strategies, ESIS data analysis.
• Draft source selection strategies and evaluation criteria for government review and approval.
• Populate, maintain, and assess a MBSE framework and model data.
• Generate and maintain SysML models in Cameo and reflect program status and milestones.
• Manage all program communications and task management.
• Prepare and deliver briefings for senior management and track suspense tasks in government tracking systems.
