Qualifications

• Active US Secret Clearance or ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management of USG, Aerospace and/or DoD projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience analyzing large datasets and interpreting results.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, coordination, and execution of project and program plans to meet defined objectives.
• Collaborate with U.S. Air Force and internal stakeholders to align plans with contractual requirements and operational needs.
• Serve as CAM, establishing and maintaining baselines for budget, schedule, and technical scope.
• Develop BOEs and support proposal activities as required.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics; perform cost, schedule, and technical variance analyses.
• Provide timely communication of project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for timely execution and resource allocation.
• Participate in project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with processes and standards.
