Constellation West seeks a Program Manager in Washington, DC, to lead and oversee DoD/IC programs, managing contractor personnel, schedules, and budgets. The PM will advocate for the program from design through completion and ensure contract requirements are met. A TOP SECRET/SCI clearance with CI Poly is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience.
• Relevant DoD or IC experience required.
• PMP certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate projects to meet timelines and budgets.
• Oversee contractor personnel and sub-contractors across projects.
• Lead project teams and report to sponsors; ensure quality throughout lifecycles.
