Job summary

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) seeks a Program Manager to oversee planning, management, and technical performance of one or more engineering programs for DoD TRMC SkyRange and other government customers.

This role directs all phases from initiation through delivery and interfaces with customers and management to ensure schedules, budgets, and technical objectives are met. Responsibilities include developing program plans, coordinating with engineering, and leading proposals

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelors/Masters/PhD in engineering, science or related field with 11+ years of program administration experience.
• Extensive expertise in program management principles and leadership in scheduling, planning and coordination.
• Ability to develop solutions across multiple requirements and complex problems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interfacing with management, customers, and government representatives.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of the program from conceptualization through completion, including acquisition, planning, and managing technical performance to meet objectives.
• Develop and coordinate program plans and delivery methods for single customer scenarios.
• Collaborate with engineering to establish design concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for research, development, testing, and integration.
• Lead program reviews and act as primary customer contact for program activities.
