Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager, Journeyman to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Electronic Systems at Hanscom AFB, MA.

This role involves managing acquisition programs, risk and scheduling, and coordinating with Government and contractor teams to deliver capability improvements. The position requires DoW experience, strong briefing and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field with 3 years of experience, 3 of which must be in DoW.
• 7 years of directly related experience, 5 of which must be in the DoW.
• DoW acquisition program management support across the acquisition lifecycle.
• Knowledge of FAR, DoW 5000.02, AFI 63-101/20-101, and related acquisition guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and present briefings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support Government Program Managers in executing acquisition programs per FAR and DoW guidance.
• Plan, analyze, and assess acquisition projects to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Provide acquisition program management support to Program Managers and IPT Leads to maintain acquisition cadence and deliver operational capability.
• Assist with preparation and review of acquisition documentation and reports.
• Support risk management activities and development of schedules, status reports, and briefings for senior leadership.
• Support source selection activities and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
• Coordinate program integration activities and interface control with stakeholders.
• Monitor funding documentation and readiness for program milestones.
