Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Program Manager, Journeyman in the Kettering, OH area to support the AF WSMIS contract. Responsibilities include applying DoW 5000.02/5000.75 principles, generating acquisition documentation, and coordinating with senior management on schedules and budgets.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship, a related degree, and experience or DoW certifications. Strong MS Office, MS Teams, and MS SharePoint skills are expected, with travel under 10%.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field and at least three years of related experience, or seven years of directly related experience with DoW certifications.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of acquisition and program management principles (DoW 5000.02/5000.75).
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing with quality acquisition documentation.
• Plan, research, analyze and assess system acquisition for development, production and deployment.
• Formulate plans and recommend effective strategies to meet cost, schedule and performance objectives.
• Support program management reviews and IMS/IMP reviews; prepare acquisition reports.
