Galapagos Federal Systems LLC seeks a highly experienced Program Manager, SME to lead mission-critical DoD programs, delivering enterprise IT and service management capabilities. You will supervise planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement across government and contractor teams, ensuring objectives are met within budget and schedule.

The role requires deep program management expertise, agile/hybrid/waterfall methods, and strong leadership to drive improvements and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with SAP eligibility.
• 15+ years of experience leading, managing, developing, sustaining, and operating complex enterprise-level programs in DoD or national security environments.
• 15+ years of defense acquisition experience across program lifecycles.
• Experience managing large-scale system integrations, modernization, and enterprise upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of BMC3I Elite support initiatives and program objectives.
• Develop and oversee integrated plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, metrics, and resources.
• Ensure governance, cybersecurity, quality assurance, and contractual compliance with DoD and organizational standards.
• Interface with Government Contracting Officers, leadership, technical teams, vendors, and end users for alignment.
• Translate requirements into executable program plans and integrated solutions.
