Job summary

Goldbelt Apex LLC is seeking a Senior Acquisition Specialist to lead senior acquisition program management and strategic analysis across DoD programs. You will develop strategies, milestone documentation, and program briefings while applying DoD processes and PPBE.

Experience with ACAT programs and medical product acquisition, along with capability development, is preferred. The role requires independent work and up to 20% travel, in a data-focused environment within Healthcare IT transformation.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of DoD acquisition processes.
• Working knowledge of capability requirements development, PPBE, and organizational acquisition policy.
• Ability to develop executive-level acquisition documentation.
• Ability to work independently.
• Travel: Up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior acquisition program management and strategic acquisition analysis.
• Develop acquisition strategies, milestone documentation, program briefings, schedules, risk products, and decision papers.
• Apply Materiel Requirements/Capability Development, PPBE, DoDI 5000, and Adaptive Acquisition Framework processes.
• Support ACAT medical programs and integration of medical product development with DoD acquisition processes.
