Qualifications

• Experience managing DoD or federal service contracts.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary professional services teams.
• Proficient staffing, subcontractor management, and performance tracking.
• Strong written and oral communication with government customers.
• Ability to coordinate multiple functional teams simultaneously.
• Must meet Tier 1 personnel security/onboarding requirements.
