Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking an Alternate Program Manager (APM) to oversee performance, TO compliance, and quality control across daily operations. The APM will have full authority to act for the Contractor on program matters.

The role requires managing APO programs, ensuring regulatory compliance of ID cards, and coordinating with government counterparts on HR policy implications and change engineering activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with eight years of relevant program management experience.
• Five years of relevant experience managing projects of similar size and scope.

Responsibilities

• Supports APO programs, initiatives and ID card facilities.
• Provides superior customer service to DoD military, civilian, and Contractor employees; to include their dependents and other personnel.
• Ensure Cards issued are accurate and fully compliant with regulatory guidance.
• Ensure compliance with card issuance regulations throughout Army ID card facilities.
• Ensure quality control evaluation of programs and efforts.
• Assist the Government with proposed policies, practices, and implications for HR systems, and with design, equipment, and other change engineering activities.
