Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced program management leader to drive portfolio execution across Air Force development programs, including engineering development, processor initiatives, production and sustainment. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and obtain a Secret U.S. government clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead execution across major Air Force Development programs, including engineering development and production.
Serve as a Control Account Manager (CAM) for program planning and baseline management.
Manage development activities for advanced processor hardware and radar/sensing programs.
Oversee production and sustainment activities to ensure on-time delivery for multiple customers.
Lead proposal development, strategy, and negotiations for new and follow-on efforts.
