Job summary

Redhawk Administrative Services requires a Deputy Program Manager and RMIC Program Lead to oversee day-to-day contract operations across multiple RMIC task areas in support of the ARNG program. You will integrate enterprise risk management, internal control assessments, corrective action planning, and SOA preparation into a single operating framework, with acting PM duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or public administration.
• Active Secret clearance required with ability to obtain higher clearance.
• Experience leading federal RMIC programs and internal control activities.
• Familiarity with A-123, FMFIA, GAO Green Book and related guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day contract operations across eight PWS task areas.
• Lead enterprise RMIC framework aligned to OMB A-123 and GAO standards.
• Oversee design and effectiveness testing per GAO standards.
• Manage Corrective Action Plan lifecycle with milestones and closures.
• Lead Quarterly Risk Reviews and Consolidated Quarterly Risk Report.
• Coordinate annual SOA activities and certification processes.
• Prioritize mobile support engagements with RMF Division.
• Prepare executive reporting and leadership briefings.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to RMIC analysts.
• Serve as Acting Program Manager during absences.
