Qualifications

• 2–5 years in production control, scheduling, materials, or operations analytics.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems and planning logic.
• U.S. Person status and ability to obtain DoD security clearance.
• Strong data analysis, cross-functional communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and at least one analytics platform; basic programming knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and track production, materials, and shipping to meet DoD contract milestones.
• Maintain master production schedule and analyze MRP outputs for feasible schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to manage GFP/GFM and material availability.
• Ensure compliance with DFARS, ITAR/EAR, and other regulatory requirements.
• Build dashboards and reports to provide real-time schedule visibility to leadership.
