Job summary

EVONA, based in Austin, TX, is seeking a Senior Production Planner to manage complex schedules and coordinate across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management. This full-time, on-site role demands deep expertise in production planning and ERP/MRP systems.

You will develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule, balance capacity and material availability, and drive on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production planning or manufacturing operations.
• Experience within aerospace, space, defence, automotive, electronics, or complex manufacturing.
• Strong ERP/MRP and/or MES experience.
• Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop production schedules and the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Balance capacity, material availability, inventory, and customer demand.
• Identify and resolve material shortages and production constraints.
• Monitor production progress and protect on-time delivery.
• Manage and improve ERP/MRP planning data.
• Support capacity planning, forward scheduling, lead-time analysis, and make-vs-buy decisions.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Production Planner, highly detail-oriented manufacturing planner who can juggle multiple work orders and production dependencies, optimise bottlenecks and build short-term schedules that protect customer ship dates.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining production schedules and the Master Production Schedule (MPS)
