Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in Andover, MA, seeks a Senior Manager, Production Control to lead a high-visibility team ensuring material availability, kit readiness, and timely production releases in an MRP-driven shop environment.

The role requires a DoD-focused background, ability to obtain interim security clearance, and cross-functional collaboration across operations, quality, and finance. Onsite work and continuous improvement are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree; typically 10 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, production control, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Experience with MRP and/or Special Program Access applications.
• Experience leading daily team operations and/or comparable leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Highly visible area with multiple production control professionals reporting into this position.
• Material Availability Analysis, Tracking, and Reporting.
• Manage Kit Readiness with cross-functional teams (BOM, Material Master, Process Engineering, Operations, Document Control).
• Releasing production orders in MRP system and confirming in shop floor system.
• Coordinate kitting with multiple stores and consolidation areas.
• Provide production floor support including replacement part management and WIP movement.
• Maintain integrity of shop floor, MRP, and inventory systems through KPIs.
• Process piece part movement to support internal build requirements with subcontractors.
